About the event
Private Fight Camp for Virago Clinch members
This fight camp will bring us together as a community to help one another prepare for a competitive fight in November! (you don't need to compete competitively BUT YOU MUST BE WILLING TO DO SPARRING DRILLS TO HELP THE DEVELOPMENT OF EACH COMPETITIVE FIGHTER)
Location will vary inside the borough of Manhattan being that we'd like to get some roadwork in as a team & should it be too rainy we'll stay indoors.
Fight Camp will consist of sparring drills, controlled sparring & fight conditioning.
What to bring:
Boxing Gloves (at least 14oz)
